Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and many of our orders ship the same day! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information. We ship all our orders using USPS,  UPS, Fed Ex or DHL. NOTE: We are not responsible for carrier service delays.

Domestic Shipping:

At Snow Country Outerwear, our customers are our priority, that’s why we offer $4.95 economy shipping on all US domestic orders.

Need your item in a hurry? Choose any one of our faster shipping options, from USPS Priority to UPS Two day. We’ve got you covered! Prices for expedited shipping vary based on weight. 

 

International Shipping: 

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations, as well as Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.  Shipping costs are calculated on item weight and do not include customs, duties, fees, or VAT, which will be incurred once your shipment reaches its country of destination. Snow Country Outerwear is not responsible for any of these charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

To receive your shipment via PO Box you must choose USPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders, or 2 weeks for international orders) please contact us at (704)804-3170 or nwsalesconnection@usa.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
